You need to learn from the victory, from the loss, from the improvement. And when you do that, it is the greatest sense of euphoria. You can get everything spot on and still not get the outcome you want. But if you do all the things we've talked about in this, in this brodcast, i i would be really surprised if I didn't actually get the outcome wanted. It's going to be physically challenging, but you have to be prepared mentally for those challenges to overcome.
