The Start Up Culture Is Definitely a Big Draw
i feel like the start up culture can exist at a company without that ipo promise. So sometimes that promise is not necessarily there, even though this sort of culture exists. I think it was interesting being it intern, kind of examining what this company was all about. And i actually might prefer that in some ways,. although, of course, it depends on the company itself and, you know, what they're doing.
