The Importance of Tools in Interaction Design

A lot of people use tools nowadays. So this is a drop down box and this is an input field. They always look the same. You're just using stuff that people have used before which is kind of frustrating as well. But at the same time it's kind of natural in some ways because you've got to take a step forward. The building blocks we use out there and enable the dialogue or the progress to go forward.
