Night Scopes Are Not Flares

Stephen Greer wanted to get good footage of an unusual and impressive event. He didn't want other people using night scopes because it could reveal the nature of the flares. In a July 20 opinion piece, national security writer tom rogan writes that video of the siting was posted to greer's utube channel. The incident is still the first case listed on the photographic and video evidence page of greer's web site.
