If somebody starts to make you feel like, wait, did I hear wrong? That feeling of off balance, remember that feeling in your body. So the moment that it happens, you can step back and protect yourself. And if you do end up being able to do that, know that a lot of the time that person's going to try and reel you back in by some other means. You have to keep removing your gaze, your ears, your eyes, distract, deflect, distracted, deflect, look over there.
