The Government Still Needs to Regulate Housing
If you want to subsidize someone, subsidize the renter. Don't subsidize a housing project kind of thing. I just don't think people can be building fire prone buildings, ing skyscrapers, yet. It's not just an issue if your skyscraper collapses and kills everyone inside. What if it falls over on to another person's skyscraper and kills them again? This is one where i would say that at least at the top of the list of the least unreasonable things for government to do. And let's just not do nd, let government do lift a single finger. As soon as they do, you are unleashing this horrible process of just piling one regulation
