Water Is a Good Move When You're on a Carve Diet
If you drink water and suppress the vasopresson, you block some of the effects of fruit dose. Andin we were able, in our animals, to treat to prevent and reverse obesity by increasing water intake. Now that doesn't mean that people should go out and drink gallons of water, because you can become water intoxicated. But it's a good move to drink six to eight glasses of water a day. When you're when you are on a littl carve diet, you want to drink water and you want it. If you do eat salt, you wants to drink relatively more water than salt, because you want to keep your salt concentration in your blood on the lower end
