"I had no clue how many millions of miles away I was from being a satisfied and self-actualized person," he says. "Going to therapy, you know, and also just searching on my own, going into every situation, thinking, how do I handle this as somebody who knows myself and loves myself?" He adds: "It makes me feel like at the end of every day, I have attempted to make myself better ... And therefore, I've attempted to make the world better."
