For most companies, or in many companies anyway, they're slowing hiring. You see companies on Twitter and their comms are slowing hiring. It's obviously the dumbest thing to do that I don't get in the right mind would do is ask people you already have to do all the things the new people are going to do as well. Many companies won't kill hiring some will. Many won't have layoffs some will, but many, many will slow hiring.
