The Importance of January 6 in the Justice Department

Jay Johnson: If there's a case to be made for January 6 that President Trump incited the insurrection, I actually believe it's in the national interest that we call that what it is and not shy away from any such prosecution. There's a provision in the Espionage Act that basically says that if someone refuses a request to return sensitive national security information, that too is a criminal violation. The Justice Department could go that route and prosecute Trump for that. And if we end up doing that, I think that the Department of Justice is going to have a very good exclamation for why they're doing that.
