The Land Patent Process Is Not Real Life
i'm just a invited an, i think, to bring in a little bit of historical perspective and things. Whenever you put words on a piece of paper, it is fiction. It is not real life. And it's just something that we do that, in my opinion, we shouldn't even have to do. So this land patent process, you know, there are land patents already in place. And if we use those, in my thought process, we can at least get rid of that warranty deed - which is another middle man trying to reach into our prop pockets for more money or demands.
