The King Cannot Be Prosecuted, Is It?
All cases in the legal systm are taken by the king or the queen of the wards. So when the queen was found not to be driving with a seat belt on, she couldn't be prosecuted for it. What can happen, of course, is the term charles's flungkey, michael falser, who actually wrote the letter, could be prosecuted. And so he may yet again take fallen hir sword. But judging on past experience, it's one of those tricked swords you find on the stage where the blade disappears into the hande.
