Getting the Confidence to Do a Lightning Talk

I think if i didn't have this group and hadn't been able to practise, i would have turned up at my first conference in 20 20. I still occasionally give a lightning talk just to keep my practice up. That's really how i've gotten the confidence to do it, is with support and the opportunity to practise. Just like anything you do, it normally works. We betterIf you practise and practise afit.
