The DOJ's Priority in Prosecution of President Trump
I think, you know, some people at DOJ might be afraid of their own shadows and are so committed to the idea of being institutionalists. To them, prosecuting a former president is prosecuting like the presidency. And they've insisted in some ways on treating President Trump as if he was just like any other president. So that, I guess, means treating him as though he doesn't break the law. That's another possibility as well. But it really strikes me that I don't know how he wiggles out of that one.
