The ILO's Role in the World of Work
The International Labor Organization is actually the oldest organization of the United Nations. It was founded in 1919 and with the big dream of having an eight-hour work week, I always find it so inspirational this part because they were considered as total utopians at the time. We are now at the threshold of doing something very similar with psychological health and safety at work. So there's a real shift and there needs to be a real awareness building.
