I like to think of it as the three S's. I want to sweat, get my sweat on, strength and stretch. So try to combine those in your work out. Sweat will always refer to your cardio. Strength is your pushups, tricep dips. Stretch could be your yoga flow or if you're going to do some pull up,. I've got to get on the stretch. How can people utilize a nine to five job outside of a corporate building to work out?
