Seeing Your Breath Go in and Out

i didn't know that exercise makes you feel good for as little as 15 minutes. The gratitude exercise of scanning your day for three new things that you're grateful for. I do actually four or five these habits every day. And i used them usually in about, it's not exact, but about an hour and a half apart from one another to give me energy breaks. There's that great research that shows that if you take a break every 90 minutes, that your brain and body actually recharge much faster. So i just spaced them out over the course of my day.
