Elon Musk's Comments on Tesla Semi Production
Elon Musk said he doesn't expect the company to begin producing the Tesla Semi in larger volumes until the end of next year, and apparently cited battery supply constraints. It's not clear exactly if that's a general battery supply constraint Tesla's recent comments have suggested that they're a little bit less constrained on that front at least for the moment. The introduction of the Inflation Reduction Act might change how Tesla is deciding to allocate batteries which could push one part of the business into a constraint.
