The fall of the WTO appellate system, which I think the United States is primarily responsible for. The other thing the US has done is sort of exploited moves that other states have already made and doubled down through the use of the national security exception. So I think the WTO additions have turned out to be much less successful than people wanted. And the US is pretty much unilaterally put the appellate body out of commission. That's probably irreversible.
