I Think It's Just Practical to Classify a Patient Up Based on a Ta C T Scan
A lot of these patients just end up coming in with ta c t scan, but it's not required to make the diagnosis. So maybe we wouldn't know if they have the interstitial demitus or the necrotizing, but we could still grade it as mild, moderate, severe based on just clinically what's happening. If someone scores essentially more than two in each category, that defines organ failure. But short of that, i think this is fairly uncomplicated.
