Yemei: I think there's so much that we can do as individual leaders to help people show up as themselves. And one of the other points you make is, when thinking about how to start talking about holmes, is whether to actually talk about it, or just to start doing it. So euekn if you're mittle manager, every opportunity is a right one to go more into that direction. You just show a a little bit more vulnerability, show up, mores yourself, and suddenly you'll see that other people might open up and do the same thing.
