Early Indo Europeans - The Anatolian Branch
The oldest known branch of the indo european family tree is called anatolian. These speakers continued their southward migration for a few centuries, eventually ending up in modern day turkey. While these speakers were continuing their migration southward, another branch probably started to emerge. This group appears to have moved eastward along the steps into central and eventually eastern asia. They spoke an inda european dialect, which ultimately developed into the ticarian branch - spoken in shin jang in the northwestern corner of china.
