David Bank: I think as time goes on and municipalities, states, localities, realize the essentiality of mitigation and resilience and social justice, that the things that they'll be issuing in the public markets will be going directly to address these issues. There are some who are really great at it and want to engage and want to partner with you. And then there are others who aren't really too willing to discuss these issues. That makes our investment decision pretty easy, right? We just won't invest.
