The Importance of Non Duality

I find that the less important I realize I am in the scheme of things they happier I am. Ever since I've heard about non duality, I've found that like, I will have not just moments but sometimes long stretches at time hours. Occasionally I get lucky it's days where like, I'm not doing anything special. And everything is just really beautiful in a low key kind of like not a peak experience way.
