Using Astronomy to Collect Samples on the Moon

The plan is to have astronotes collecting sample or making insitut measurement on the moon. They will be in a real time communication with the ground experts and also have this direct interaction that you would not have with just a sample return mission. Weld you collect a sample that you don't know you have been collecting randomly on the surface of a planet, and then you analyze it later on earth. There you could select better places or different places,. And adapt real time where you going to get a sample, what kind of sample you are going to take.
