Training Is Not the Answer

There's a place and important role for training in church but don't imagine that if you just put on the training course, everyone will be trained in evangelism, it'll all happen. Resources are limited. Lots of things are training in all kinds of ways without them being training. The ukulele thing sounds interesting. I'm not sure you want to pursue that strategy in the first year or so of church life. So there's some things you just can't do.
