Sleep is one of those things that's making me wander about the variability between humans a little bit. I feel best if I sleep sometimes for eight hours, sometimes for four hours in the power nap. The reason I pull all nighters isn't because I'm doing something I'm truly passionate about. And it's almost like there's the jocko willing feeling of when I'm up at seven a.m. and I haven't slept all night.
