strength training is the only way that you can increase your metabolism without doing oxidative damage. Gaining lean muscle mass keeps our metabolism in check and helps alleviate risk of so many diseases of the brain, of the muscle and of the bone. Get enough sleep even if it's something that doesn't seem right or fit right. Smile more. Don't take yourself so seriously. I think as we move forward, we're going to leverage DNA to live longer.
