Dog Ownership During the Pandemic

Dog ownership is way up during the pandemic. How do you feel about this new army of dogs owners? And how do you feel about that word owner applied to the humans that a dog lives with? I worry about ownership generally. Riht, i wonder if that's the relationship we should have with our dogs generally. But i think it's wonderful that people turn to dogs as a kind of proxy for human company they weren't getting in this time of being isolated....
