Is Cheery Cheeky a Dragon?

The way that cheery cherry is described, like they say, with wings folding on the back, definitely brings to mind something like a dragon. The head itself does have more, i think, like an insect evibe than necessarily a traditional dragon. So it could be kind of like a axe hound cramline, but mixed also with a dragon as well. We know that these larkins are super rare and mystical. Specifically, the power that the larkin has is an ability to feed off of storm light.
