Psychological resilience is understanding that your brain is responding to something it doesn't like not knowing what's happening next. Resilience will get you so far, but I also know that a lot of people have felt that resilience or hasn't quite met the mark over the last year. And by encouraging resilience in an organization, the individual can begin to feel it's upon them. and actually, it's on the responsibility of the organization to ease the pressure around it.
