What Is the Difference Between a German and a Scotch?

The open unspoken for land is now in that shitty mountainous Southwest, which is filled with Native Americans who hunt there and consider it their land. Eventually the people who come to settle that territory are the Scotch Irish border rivers, who lived in the no man's land between England and Scotland in the Middle Ages. You can maybe do self sufficient agriculture but you can't do large scale surplus producing commercial agriculture. So who wants that land? Anybody with any money is getting putting it somewhere else.
