The History of Non-Alcoholic Cocktails

Mocktail actually dates back to the 1930s, so clearly we've been having this for a little while. But first of all, I'm going to start with the alcoholic ones. Cos they are the ones that are most well established when it comes to their nominclature. The Mahito is white rum, lime or lemon juice, sugar, mint, ice and fizzy water. And you might possibly have a margarita with your margarita pizza, which is spelled differently. That's M-A-G-H-E-R-I-T-A.
