Is It Possible to Reverse the Trend on Emissions?
It's absolutely critical to reverse the trend on emissions. What we have to do is bend the curve. Currently we're still on an up curve. We have to bend that curve down and begin the descent of emissions. India is in the process of dlinking it's g d p from its g h g. It has put a moratorium coal. It is disseminating solar to as many houses as they can. And the moment you do that, you increase g d p. So india, i think, is a very, very good example of what we need to do....
