Music has its transportive way of opening our hearts up and letting us a release whatever we've been holding on to. I found when did this, that i noticed what my body was doing in reaction to the music. It was a lot of a reflection on life that came up. A thank for every bad thing that had happened, there was a beautiful thing that that overshadowed it,. That's awesome.
