How to Make a Lizard-Dyne Language

My lizard-dyne language, I designed it around a coded orthography and I actually made it's about an 18 inch wooden shield with four rotating platforms on it. So you can reorganize the orthography to code things. There's probably about already sets of words that if you have the wrong setting on the code wheel, what should be pushed will come out as pull or jump would come out as descend. And my players seem to love that because they didn't have to de-bling with to figure it out. But there was this is how you decipher and this is where you look to see what you have found to mean. They loved it.
