Sleep Is the Third Pillar of Health

Sleep is the third pillar of health, along with exercise and diet. Human beings are one of the few species that deliberately deprive themselves of sleep. The rest of the animal kingdom doesn't it. If they need to sleep, they sleep, and they will be better off for it. You can essentially cue each learning trial with different degrees of monetory reward. And you seem to get an even greater benefit when you motiveade them.
