Why Preaching Is a Community-Centered Practice
Mike: I don't think it cultivates in us the right kind of approach to studying scripture. Nils: preaching is a communal and community centered practice. Mike: We're not trying to set up some authoritative Moses figurehead. But if we're at a point where five year olds can't ask questions of their parents or in churches, then we have much bigger problems than an online chat bot.
