The History of Castor Oil
As medicine advanced throughout the 20th century, less harsh purgatives and laxatives were developed. In a cave in South Africa, researchers found a ball of beeswax that also had rice in it. The archaeologists think this beeswax was used to attach stone points to arrows and spears. And they also found in this cave, the same cave, a stick that was around 20,000 years old that was thought to be used to apply rice into spearheads.
