Katy and Cal were in financial trouble when they moved back to alaska from Minneapolis. They bought a condo, but it was one of the only two units paying dues for an old church that had shut down. Katy's mam offered to help them out by adding up all their debt together. She said she'd take 25 grand off what you guys can pay me back; i'll get a better interest rate on my house.
