The Key Skills of a Magnetic Leader

Magnetic leadership is not about forcing your opinion on someone and not necessarily being the loudest in the room but you are probably at least one of the most interesting people in the room. What makes us magnetic is how we are interested and how we take the other person into account when we are in interaction with them. Body language expressions the way we move how we address how we carry ourselves those are all little clues to the other person that's okay so this person I'm talking to she or he is like this  and is he trustworthy or is he not.
