i was very envious i saw you'd started u recently at west virginia, was with a 25 million dollar gift from the intuitco bradsmith. This is a time with covid and the mobility of this generation, where people are more able to pick where they want to work rather than driven just by the job. And that's what we have to start dealing one of the things I'm curious how has that effort been going? It's an issue we focus on a lot of pittsburg in terms of thinking about how do we continue to reshape the economy.
