The Fragmentation of Academy Trusts
There are 400 or so people that have been divested since 2010 and scattered into the system now. We've lost an enormous amount of knowledge since 2010, he says. The fragmentation is a huge huge problem remains a huge problem I hope that what happens is that there will be a coalescence of academy trusts if we can stay within an academy system.
