I Don't Think That All Powerful Systems Should Be Suddenly Implemented
The idea that suddenly there'll be a step function, that all of a sudden, before we know it, it will be all powerful is also fanciful. The kind of techniques that have allowed a i to increase in the last five years are not going to lead to this fantasy off expedential sudden self improvement. So it's, i think, itsis kind of magical thinking. It's not based on our understanding of how a i actually works.
