Introduction
A friend of mine shared some incredible wisdom that A, I needed to hear, and B, I made a note not to forget. Gossip is great for social cohesion but as I get older, I just don't want to be near it at all. And what seems to happen with gossip is that people are inclined to take sides. It's like the way situations are presented in the media mean that we have to taking sides. This isn't comic book tales - human beings are far more complex than that. You either think one side is angelic and blameless or the other is pure evil. There is no in between. That simply cannot be the case.
