The Benefits of Accepting Self Compassion in Recovery

As we work through this huge spectrum of emotions during recovery, when we build up the strong wolf, the things like self compassion do get stronger. There's a little bit more acceptance, rather than the need or want to try and block them out. And i think that's a ess we're a little bit calmer when we start to move towards acceptance. We're not agitated to get out of it...we can sit with itl alittle bit more patiently and e give it some compassion. Absolutely.
