Companies are going to have a massive strategic advantage, the sooner that they adopt it. A company that's doing it with 5% of what would normally be their marketable securities is not going to have nearly the impact of Michael from a strategic standpoint. I don't necessarily have a real strong opinion one way or the other, but I don't suspect that it's going to be anything that would be outside of the norm of the way that we've seen things take place historically. And then maybe because some of these debt deals result in massive upside relative to what they capture, you might see some of them start stepping into the regulatory side and saying, we're too restricted here.
