Doing Drugs With Dignity

I like to think of it as doing drugs with dignity. Is it possible to have a relationship with these substances that actually allows me to be a dignified person? My mother passed away 10 years ago and she had cancer for 12 years. She was really like this major center of our kind of collective social experience. We experienced a lot of grief as a result of her passing. And in 2015, partially because of these relational connections and this growth, my family started drinking ayahuasca together. They've not been doing that every few years. The psychedelic is really just a tool, just a catalyst. There's a lot of value in the shadow and I encourage everybody to look closely at yours
