The Importance of Listening to Your Players

There was a different feeling of challenge from the players in a good way and I was that player you know so I remember JT me and JT were the challenging managers for fun. The leaders experienced players leaders as be Georgino and Giroux players that have been around the block and you have to respect that. As a modern manager I think the more you can listen to the modern player and give them some form of ownership over it I think you get better kickback from it. It probably helped mention before the players challenge you more at Chelsea because the better place who would those players be who would those characters be in aGood way like you say in the dressing room.
