The Simultaneity Relationship Between an Eternal God and Anything in Time
The relation between an eternal God and anything in time has to be one of simultaneity. And no temporal entity or event is earlier or later than anything in its life or past or future with respect to the whole life of God, because otherwise we would have God in time again. For Aquinas' purposes, what's needed as regards species of relativity is a relationship between two Rilada, one of whom is eternal and one of which is temporal.
